Levi’s launched a new fitting service in their UK stores. They wanted customers to book an appointment at their local Levi’s store.
I created an online booking form which stored applicants’ appointment and personal details in a database. I also created an administration
area for Levi’s store managers, making it easy for them to view the upcoming appointments.

The site is built in PHP with jQuery.
